1. Role of Chilin

We are formally associated with Arka Jain University under the name BOOKMYCOLLEGESEAT as official admission partners. Our motive is to help students in the field of education and career guidance, and this website functions solely as a career and admissions counselling portal. The prestigious ARKA JAIN UNIVERSITY is responsible for all admissions, academic decisions, and related matters.

Chilin acts solely as an authorized admission counselling partner. We provide guidance, information, and assistance to prospective students. We do not have the authority to issue degrees, mark sheets, or certificates.

2. Admission Decisions

Final admission decisions rest solely with Arka Jain University management. Chilin facilitates the process but cannot guarantee admission to any specific course. Admission is subject to meeting eligibility criteria and verification of documents.

3. Information Accuracy

While we strive to keep all information regarding fees, syllabus, and eligibility up to date, University policies are subject to change. Students are advised to verify critical details with the official university prospectus.

4. Communication

Official communication from Chilin will only occur via our designated contact channels. We will never ask for cash payments to personal accounts.

Chilin केवल एक अधिकृत एडमिशन काउंसलिंग पार्टनर के रूप में कार्य करता है। हम संभावित छात्रों को गाइडेंस, जानकारी और सहायता प्रदान करते हैं। हमारे पास Degree, Mark Sheets या Certificate जारी करने का अधिकार नहीं है।

2. Admission के निर्णय

अंतिम Admission निर्णय पूरी तरह से Arka Jain University प्रबंधन के पास है। Chilin प्रक्रिया को सुगम बनाता है लेकिन किसी विशिष्ट कोर्स में एडमिशन की गारंटी नहीं दे सकता। Admission, Eligibility Criteria और दस्तावेज़ों (Documents) के सत्यापन के अधीन है।

3. जानकारी की सटीकता (Accuracy)

हालांकि हम Fees, Syllabus और Eligibility के बारे में सभी जानकारी को अपडेट रखने का प्रयास करते हैं, यूनिवर्सिटी की नीतियों में बदलाव हो सकता है। स्टूडेंट्स को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे आधिकारिक यूनिवर्सिटी प्रॉस्पेक्टस के साथ महत्वपूर्ण विवरणों की पुष्टि करें।

4. Communication

Chilin की ओर से आधिकारिक संचार केवल हमारे निर्दिष्ट संपर्क चैनलों के माध्यम से होगा। हम कभी भी व्यक्तिगत खातों में नकद भुगतान (Cash Payments) नहीं मांगेंगे।
